Nepali Breakfast : Aloo Sabji & Omelette Day 23 of 30 Days 30 Breakfast Challenge
1As I progress with breakfast challenge , I am moving more closer to our country , Nepal is tiny but very beautiful country and food culture bears much more similarity with India , only thing Nepali food is usually done with more pungent spices { which I love} and cooking is much more simpler a philosophy that I hold close to my heart.
As I always stress upon , boxed sugary cereal for breakfast are not really enjoyed by my family, we all are great fan of food that is real and is cooked from wholesome ingredients ( organic as far as possible).
Aloo Sabji and omelette is a breakfast that is usually enjoyed during weekdays and weekends alike and on special occasion’s halwa is also served along with this combo. But since there was really no time or inclination to add halwa, we really liked the combo of simple potato Sabji and omelette , not only it tastes delicious but provide a balanced nutrition in terms of healthy carbs from potatoes and proteins from eggs.
