Restaurant Review | Underdoggs Sports Bar & Grill
7Summer is at its peak at Delhi and both teens on vacation is enough reason
for me for not posting much on blog as most of the times food is cooked by
kitchen help or eating out { that’s why dining out posts} and even when I am
cooking , food is gobbled up without me having the chance to click photographs.
because foody teen is big fan of sports along with good food and this was on
his list from quite sometime.
From outside you just do not realize that how big that place can be, it has
got 40 HDTVs & 4 projection screens for sports lovers where people come to enjoy live matches with their favourite food which is predominantly American
Pub Food.
display all around and these boxing bags not only add to décor but you’ll find
pairs of boxing gloves tucked away in a corner if you want to practice some.
Son and hubs enjoyed a good game on this pool table. I specially noticed this shoe collection, when I asked the manager about these, she
told me that about 600 left foot of adidas shoes.
We ordered a selection of drinks from help of our server, Beery berry, Apple ginger
zing and water cooler for teens and me and hubs chosen mojito which was absolutely
perfect just right amount of mint and sugar.
Apple ginger zing and water cooler
were ok but loved Berry-berry which is a combination of various types of
berries.
It was lunch so did not care much for alcoholic drinks otherwise they
have very huge selection of mocktails and cocktails . You may want to check the
interesting names of menu here it is
and we wanted to taste almost all so went for a platter of mixed starters which
included Garlic chilly prawns, shami kabab , underdoggs chicken kabaddi and
gilouty kabab for hubs and kids and dahi ke kabab for myself.
Dahi kabab were
served canapés style over a deep fried crisp cracker, were little sour but absolutely
soft and delicious.
and pasta olio aglio with a nice and
crisp ruola, celery and apple crunchy Walnuts salad with parmesan shavings and a vinaigrette dressing {not a great fan of
creamy dressings}.
daughter was happy with her pasta in pesto sauce which I found creamy and good.
but
I had an eye for only thin crust pizza and salad which I loved, except that
thin crust was little stretchy and did not cut easily with knife, but who
bothers we had our fill with holding the slice in our hands.
with biscotti crust and drizzle of blueberry sauce, which I found was good
finish to a such meal we did not ordered or tried other desserts as we were too
full by the time.
Another game of pool and a dart session later, when younger of
the teens hit a bull’s eye we finished this outing which every one of us
enjoyed on many aspects.
offers , good ambiance , sporty décor , activity areas , a very well stocked
bar with all the paraphernalia , and casual but carefully done food .
A fun
place where you can enjoy a casual eat out along with watching sports or
playing indoor games with your children or get together with your adult friends
for a fun evening.
On an average a meal for two would cost you around INR 1500. Should you go? YES! it’s a fun place to spend time with family or friends.

yummy food I like the adidas shoe wall

Love all those pictures.
Will have to check it out sometime.
